A wealthy disabled landlord spies on his young tenant and draws his daughter into the tenant’s romantic life.
The story
Ivano, a wealthy, elderly, disabled man, secretly monitors Arturo, the young man renting his apartment, through hidden cameras and microphones. Watching Arturo’s romantic encounters is not enough for Ivano, so he persuades his daughter Olga—who is also intrigued by the tenant—to begin a relationship with him. As Arturo’s handsome appearance seems to conceal unusual habits, the household’s voyeuristic arrangement takes on a more unsettling dimension.
Full plot (contains spoilers)

Since watching alone does not fully satisfy him, he persuades his daughter Olga, who is also intrigued by the young man, to have a relationship with him. Little by little, however, Arturo seems to conceal some unusual habits behind his handsome appearance.
