Samantha Andretti is discovered after being held captive for 15 years in a hidden underground labyrinth. Hospitalized and disoriented, she undergoes intense psychological sessions with Dr. Green to recover memories of her abductor. Simultaneously, Bruno Genko, a private investigator suffering from a terminal illness, seeks to redeem himself by reopening the cold case of Samantha's disappearance. As Genko investigates, he uncovers a sinister world of dark web 'games' and human trafficking, while Samantha struggles to piece together memories of a masked figure who forced her to play sadistic mind games. The story alternates between Samantha’s therapy and Genko’s search, with the timeline and perspectives constantly shifting. Samantha’s memories provide clues that help Genko move closer to the truth. As he nears the end, he discovers the labyrinth was a psychological trap designed to break its captives. In a final twist, it is revealed that Dr. Green is not who he seems; he has a hidden connection to Samantha’s captivity, and his treatment methods are a continuation of the mind games she endured. The film ends ambiguously, hinting at the cyclical nature of manipulation and imprisonment.
