During Venice’s Carnival, a foreigner becomes the object of desire for two women from high society.
The story
After the plague ends in Venice, two high-society women, the mature widow Angela and the young bride Valeria, notice Jules, a handsome young foreigner wandering the narrow streets during Carnival. Both women become eager for his attention. Jules manages to enter each of their homes, first at night and later nearly at dawn, while each woman waits anxiously for him and offers him food.

After the plague ends in Venice, two attractive high-society women—the mature widow Angela and the young bride Valeria—vie for the sexual favors of Jules, a handsome young foreigner whom they notice wandering through the narrow streets during Carnival. The lucky man slips into both women’s homes, first at night and then nearly at dawn; each waits for him anxiously and then feeds him well.
