The story
A group of retired men and women gather for classes in sexuality, where they are reminded that they still have time to enjoy pleasure. As the students share experiences, Olga assigns exercises intended to help them reconnect with themselves and with pleasure.
Full plot (contains spoilers)
A group of retired men and women meet to take classes in sexuality, where they are reminded that they still have time to enjoy pleasure. There, they learn from one another and talk about their experiences... Olga (Sardà), the teacher, helps them deal with problems caused by age, social expectations, and the prejudices of those around them and of their own families. To do this, they will have to do homework: learn to look at themselves in the mirror, devote 20 minutes to pleasure... “Sex is life,” she tells them, “because sex has to do with sensations, and we never stop feeling.”
