Full plot (contains spoilers)

Medusa has lost her memory, the victim of a spell cast on her by her sister Euryale. She wanders through places she remembers only in fragments and eventually arrives at the Théâtre du Grand Guignol, where Euryale, now blind, and Stheno, the youngest of the three Gorgons, reduced to an animal state, are hiding. The theatre’s caretaker and the collector are about to witness the sisters’ final battle. Stheno, the sole survivor, regains her speech and settles in the underground passages of Père-Lachaise Cemetery.
