Full plot (contains spoilers)
Port-Vendres is a magnificent port in French Catalonia. Magnificent and so very French: its mayor is flashy, and its municipal employees are always going full throttle. Full throttle when it comes to workers’ rights, full throttle in opposing punishing work rates, and full throttle when it comes to having a laugh—that’s what makes us love them. And if they also become heroes, then there’s no reason not to sign up for this journey into real life.
