As Patrick prepares to celebrate Linda’s eighteenth birthday with his wife, Marianne, Lorna calls to demand that he honor their commitment. She arranges to meet him in La Grande-Motte, bringing the old bargain into conflict with the family’s celebration and the future of Patrick’s daughter.
Full plot (contains spoilers)
Eighteen years ago, Patrick Mariel made a pact with Lorna Green: wealth in exchange for the daughter he would soon father. Today, the years of poverty are long behind him. Patrick has become a wealthy industrialist. As he is about to celebrate his daughter Linda’s eighteenth birthday with his wife, Marianne, he receives a phone call from Lorna. She demands that he fulfill his commitment and arranges to meet him in La Grande-Motte. There, Lorna takes possession of the young woman’s body sexually and, in a diabolical way, of her soul.
