Letzter Abend (2023)

A young couple wants to move from Hanover to Berlin. After the coronavirus pandemic lockdown, they hope to find something better there. Clemens, a freelance musician, and Lisa, who has found a new job as a doctor at Berlin’s Charité hospital, host a farewell dinner in their almost-empty apartment. It is supposed to be a lovely last evening in familiar surroundings, but old friends cancel at short notice or arrive much too late. Instead, more and more uninvited guests suddenly turn up. The already strained relationship deteriorates further, and the couple begins to act out their simmering relationship conflicts through their interactions with the new guests.
