Liebe wie am ersten Tag (2005)

Teresa Jessen is married to Richard Jessen, a construction tycoon who is obsessed with work. He never has time for her and often prefers to make up for it with an expensive gift rather than his presence. When he leaves her waiting at dinner on her birthday because of a business appointment, she has had enough. She packs her things and simply travels to Usedom. She finds work at a guesthouse, and also falls in love with the charming boatbuilder Sebastian. Only after some time does Richard go to Usedom as well, to bring his wife back. But she doesn’t want to return. She is enjoying her new life. Since Richard refuses to give up, he rents a room at the guesthouse and from then on fights to win Teresa’s heart. But he also has a rival, because the boatbuilder Sebastian Schneider is courting Theresa too. With his persistence, Richard eventually manages to convince his wife not to give up on him and their marriage.
