The story
A gynecologist recounts seven cases involving young women aged 15 to 21 whom he has encountered in his practice. Ulrike finds that sex with her boyfriend brings her no pleasure, while Karin arrives convinced she has gonorrhea. Anja's situation becomes an emergency requiring a house call. Renate is mocked by her boyfriend over her small breasts, and Brigitte returns from vacation with a sexually transmitted disease and a secret fling she hopes to keep from her boyfriend. Through these cases, the film follows the young women's sexual relationships and the difficulties that bring them to the doctor's attention.

A gynecologist recounts seven cases involving young women aged 15 to 21 whom he has encountered in his practice. There is Ulrike, for instance, who feels no pleasure when having sex with her boyfriend, but enjoys herself during a lesbian encounter. Karin comes to the practice and starts undressing without further ado; however, what she thinks is gonorrhea turns out to be a urinary tract infection. The film then shows her love-making with various partners, any of whom could have caused the infection. In Anja’s case, an emergency, the doctor makes a house call; she has been raped by several men. Renate is laughed at by her boyfriend because of her small breasts, and Brigitte brings a sexually transmitted disease back from vacation, but her boyfriend is not supposed to find out about her fling.
