The Men in Black must confront a traitor within their own ranks while dealing with a high-stakes alien threat.

The story

In 1996 Brooklyn, Molly Wright witnesses her parents being neuralyzed by agents of Men in Black after they see an alien in their home. Molly helps the alien escape, avoiding neuralyzation herself. Twenty-three years later, rejected from government agencies due to her "delusions" regarding alien life, Molly tracks down an alien landing and follows MIB agents to their headquarters in New York City. Caught entering the agency, Molly makes an impression on Agent O after revealing she had bypassed neuralyzation, arguing that her obsessive search for them makes her "perfect" for the job and she has no life outside her search for the agency. She is awarded probationary agent status as "Agent M" and assigned to the organization's London branch.

Full plot (contains spoilers)

After being assigned to the London branch, Agent M meets High T and Agent H. They learn of a 2016 invasion by the Hive, a parasitic race. During a night out with alien royalty Vungus the Ugly, they are attacked by the Twins, a shapeshifting alien duo. Vungus dies, leaving M a mysterious crystal. Suspecting a traitor, High T assigns Agents C and M to investigate. H and M later travel to Marrakesh to find 'Pawny', a survivor of the Twins' attack. They are pursued by Agent C, who believes M is the traitor. They eventually reach Riza Stavros's island fortress, where they are joined by Luca Brasi. The Twins are eventually defeated by High T and other agents. However, H and M discover that High T is actually a Hive hybrid who has been manipulating them. They realize the only evidence of Hive DNA was provided by High T. In the climax at the Eiffel Tower, H manages to reveal High T's true nature long enough for M to use the crystal to destroy both the hybrid and the Hive infestation. Agent O eventually grants M full status and appoints H as the head of the London branch.
