The story
CIA Officer James Silva leads a top secret CIA Special Activities Division unit, code-named Overwatch, to infiltrate a Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) safe house in the United States. Their mission is to locate and destroy shipments of caesium before the highly toxic substance can be weaponized. After a successful raid, the team learns that Indocarr police officer Li Noor has surrendered at the United States Embassy. Noor is a rogue officer who wants to escape the country in exchange for information on the remaining caesium. Silva agrees to take Noor to an airplane 22 miles away, but they are soon targeted by Indocarr government agents.
Full plot (contains spoilers)
CIA Officer James Silva leads the Overwatch unit to destroy caesium shipments in a Russian safe house. During the raid, Agent Alice Kerr is wounded, and they escape. Sixteen months later, Li Noor, a former Indocarr Special Forces operator, surrenders at the U.S. Embassy to trade information for passage out of the country. Kerr vouches for him, but Noor refuses to reveal a password until he is on a plane. Axel, leading an Indocarr State Intelligence Agency team, arrives to seize Noor. Silva agrees to transport Noor 22 miles to an airplane. During the journey, Axel's men bomb the car, and Agent Sam Snow is mortally injured. Silva leaves her to suicide-attack the henchmen. The team enters a restaurant where Silva tackles civilians to stop a grenade; Douglas is severely wounded, and Silva is attacked by girls who Noor helps him kill. After a series of skirmishes where Kerr is separated and Douglas dies, the team reaches the air strip. Silva destroys his car with a drone strike. Noor and Kerr board the plane. However, it is revealed that Noor is a triple agent for the Russians, and the official hired him to give Alice false information. As Alice realizes this, the Overwatch team is raided and killed. Silva refuses to acknowledge Alice's death during the debriefing, but later vows revenge.
