Mister Dynamit - Morgen küßt euch der Tod (1967)

The millionaire and master criminal Bardo Baretti has a gang of criminals supposedly steal an American atomic bomb and demands a billion dollars from the United States in exchange for not dropping it on the American capital, Washington. Agent No. 18 of the German intelligence service, the BND, Robert “Bob” Urban, known as Mister Dynamite, is put on his trail. Little by little, partly thanks to his ventriloquism, he manages to take out Baretti’s henchmen one by one and uncover his plan: the theft of the atomic bomb was just a bluff, concocted with the help of an accomplice in the US military high command. In the end, however, Baretti manages to escape.
