An alcoholic ex-NYPD officer turned Federal Air Marshal must identify a killer on a non-stop flight after receiving a series of threatening texts.

The story

Bill Marks, an alcoholic ex-NYPD officer turned Federal Air Marshal, is on a non-stop flight from New York to London. He receives a series of text messages on his secure phone stating that someone on board will die every 20 minutes unless a massive sum of money is transferred to a specific account. To identify the sender, Bill must break protocol and work with the other crew members to monitor security cameras and track the mysterious individual. As the clock ticks down, the tension rises as the passengers and crew realize the gravity of the situation while Bill attempts to stop the killer before the next deadline.

Full plot (contains spoilers)

Bill Marks, a U.S. Air Marshal, is on a non-stop flight from New York to London when he receives a text stating that someone will die every 20 minutes unless $150 million is paid. He identifies a threat from a fellow marshal, Jack Hammond, who is forced to be neutralized. However, the situation complicates when the TSA accuses Bill of being the perpetrator. Amidst the chaos, a passenger named Tom Bowen is framed as the mastermind by a video, while a bomb is discovered in a briefcase. Bill must navigate the suspicion of the passengers and the interference of the authorities to find the real culprits: Bowen and his accomplice, Zack White. They intended to frame Bill to force the U.S. to increase security. In the final confrontation, the plane is forced to descend to 8,000 feet. Bill manages to neutralize the threat, and although the bomb detonates and damages the plane, it lands safely in Iceland. Bill is exonerated and hailed as a hero.
