Full plot (contains spoilers)

After one humiliation too many at the hands of his employer, Saadi, an undocumented worker, quits his job. While making his way through the forest, he witnesses two people in combat gear abducting a man. Having managed to conceal his presence, he continues on and comes across the site of an ambush, apparently where the three men came from. He manages to find a survivor, but is arrested by law-enforcement officers who have arrived in the meantime. While he is being held in custody, it emerges that the abducted man is Ayao Takahata, Secretary-General of the United Nations, and the police suspect Saadi of being one of the terrorists involved in the abduction. Held in detention with Youssef, who turns out to be the real leader of this cell, Saadi inadvertently enables him to commit suicide. Since the kidnappers want to exchange Takahata for a ransom and the release of their leader, Commander Glauser and Isako, who is responsible for protecting Takahata, make Saadi an offer: they will forget the whole affair if Saadi impersonates Youssef during the exchange.
