The story
Set during the Birmingham Blitz in November 1940, the film follows the aftermath of the Peaky Blinders' expansion. While Nazi Germany attempts to destabilize the United Kingdom's economy by introducing counterfeit currency, a Luftwaffe raid devastates a local munitions factory. Tommy Shelby, living in self-imposed isolation following the death of his brother Arthur, is confronted by the reality of his son Duke's involvement with a Nazi agent. As the Peaky Blinders' activities draw scrutiny from the authorities, Tommy must decide how to handle the escalating conflict between his family's legacy and the encroaching threat of the war.

In November 1940, during the Birmingham Blitz, Nazi Germany attempts to destabilize the UK economy by flooding it with counterfeit currency. Tommy Shelby lives in isolation, haunted by the death of his brother Arthur and the visions of his daughter, Ruby. His sister Ada, now an MP, warns him that his son Duke has joined forces with a Nazi agent, John Beckett, to distribute the counterfeit money. Simultaneously, Kaulo Chiriklo convinces Tommy to return to Birmingham to save Duke. The plot thickens as Beckett orders Duke to kill Ada, but Duke hesitates, leading Beckett to kill her himself. Tommy eventually confronts Duke and learns of the currency plot. He forms an alliance with old friends to intercept the currency at the Liverpool docks. In a final confrontation, the Peaky Blinders use explosives to destroy the counterfeit money while Tommy personally confronts and kills Beckett. In the aftermath, Duke chooses to support his father. Tommy, mortally wounded, dies in the arms of his son while reciting a poem. The film ends with Duke becoming the new leader of the Pe1ky Blinders, while Kaulo recovers Tommy's final manuscript, 'The Immortal Man'.
