Full plot (contains spoilers)
Twenty-eight years after the first film, the Owens family in Massachusetts is plagued by a curse: any man who loves an Owens woman dies. Sally and Gillian's daughters, Kylie and Antonia, were raised unaware of their magic by Sally, who tried to break the curse. When Kylie's boyfriend, Gideon, falls into a coma after a car accident, Kylie steals the Book of Raven to find a cure. She is guided by visions to England, where Sally and Gillian follow her to find a magic expert named Ian. Meanwhile, Kylie travels to Thornfield to find Lockland Manor. She meets Tom Bailey, who is revealed to be a dark magic practitioner trying to steal Kylie's magic. Sally and Gillian eventually join her at the manor, where they confront Tom. They discover that the Book of Raven reveals the curse can only be broken by a witch sacrificing their life. After a final confrontation where they destroy Tom, the truth is revealed. Aunt Frances willingly sacrifices herself to break the curse. A year later, Kylie and Gideon marry, and the sisters celebrate their new life, with the women flying off the roof at the reception.
