The story
Medical courier Bryan Hodukavich accepts a delivery to Raccoon City General Hospital located in the snowy Colorado mountains. While en route, a series of escalating incidents—including a roadside accident and a confrontation with a local deputy—leaves him isolated and in danger. As he navigates the treacherous terrain, Bryan encounters the first signs of a terrifying biological outbreak. He must fight through a gauntlet of mutated creatures and navigate a crumbling environment to deliver his cargo. With his life on the line and the situation spiraling out of control, Bryan must rely on his survival instincts to reach the hospital and deliver the stabilizer needed to combat the growing threat.

Bryan Hodukavich, a medical courier, is tasked with delivering a stabilizer to Raccoon City General Hospital in the Colorado mountains. After a series of mishaps involving a pedestrian and a local deputy, Bryan finds himself alone and facing a biological outbreak. He encounters mutated animals and a horrifying 'amalgam' of bodies. He is eventually picked up by Umbrella Corporation employees, Paul and Maxine, who explain that a laboratory accident with a serum has caused a massive outbreak. They take him toward Raccoon City, where Maxine is killed and Paul is absorbed by the amalgam. Bryan escapes into the sewers, battling various monsters before reaching the hospital. Inside, he realizes he has been bitten and is infected. He navigates through a maternity ward and a laboratory, eventually reaching the top floor. He successfully delivers the stabilizer to the scientists, but his own infection takes hold, causing him to mutate into a monster. In his final moments, he destroys the lab's ability to distribute the cure and is consumed by his transformation as the National Guard arrives.
