The journey takes her through various dangerous locations as she attempts to reclaim her strength and find safety among the undead.
Full plot (contains spoilers)
Alice and her clones infiltrate Umbrella HQ in Tokyo, where she is injected with an anti-virus by Albert Wesker, stripping her of her powers. Six months later, she travels to Alaska and encounters Claire Redfield, whom she pacifies. They travel to Los Angeles and find a group of survivors in a prison. They rescue Chris Redfield, who reveals he is Claire's brother. While attempting to escape the prison, they are attacked by 'the Axeman' and a swarm of zombies. They eventually reach the Arcadia, a cargo tanker. Alice discovers that the ship is an Umbrella trap. She finds Wesker on board, who is struggling with the T-virus. After a battle with Wesker and his employee Bennett, Alice and the Redfields manage to defeat them. Wesker escapes, but his plane explodes. Alice prepares to turn the Arcadia into a sanctuary, but is interrupted by an approaching fleet of Umbrella aircraft led by Jill Valentine.
