Full plot (contains spoilers)
The film begins with a clone of Alice being killed in a mansion, while the real Alice survives in a wasteland where the T-virus has caused global destruction. She finds a notebook mentioning a safe zone in Alaska and joins a convoy led by Claire Redfield. During their journey, a member of the convoy, L.J., is bitten by a zombie but hides it. The group is attacked by infected crows, and Alice uses telekinesis to defend them. They are then ambushed by Umbrella's forces, who are trying to reclaim Alice. During the chaos, L.J. bites Carlos, who eventually sacrifices himself to destroy a zombie horde blocking a facility. Alice and Claire reach the facility, where Alice discovers the truth about her clones and the T-virus. She eventually faces and defeats Dr. Isaacs, who has mutated into a Tyrant.
