Alice must navigate a series of deadly simulations and a high-tech facility to survive a global viral threat.

The story

After being captured by the Umbrella Corporation, Alice is forced to escape from a high-tech underwater facility in the Extreme North. The facility, used for testing the T-virus, becomes a deadly labyrinth where she must navigate through various environments and face off against both undead threats and corporate enemies. As she fights to survive, she encounters allies and enemies alike in a desperate bid to escape the facility's reach and the growing threat of the virus.

Full plot (contains spoilers)

Alice and survivors on the freighter Arcadia are attacked by Umbrella forces, and Alice is captured. Simultaneously, an Alice clone in a suburb is attacked by zombies during a staged outbreak. The captured Alice awakens in an underwater facility in Kamchatka, Russia, and escapes into a series of simulations including Tokyo, New York, and Moscow. She encounters Ada Wong, and together they attempt to rendezvous with a rescue team including Leon S. Kennedy and Barry Burton. They navigate through various simulations while being hunted by Jill Valentine and her team. After a series of battles and sacrifices, Alice and a young girl, Becky, escape the facility. They eventually reach a fortified White House where Alice is injected with the T-virus to regain her powers, preparing to defend the remaining uninfected humans against a horde of T-virus abominations controlled by the Red Queen.
