The story
In Brisbane, Australia, former Army Special Forces operative Hank Malone works as a 'runner,' transporting various items for clients. After a job goes wrong, Hank is tasked by his boss, Iggy, to transport a package from an airport. There, he meets Ben Bishop. Against Iggy's instructions, Hank takes Ben and the package—a transplant liver—to a hospital. However, they soon realize they are being pursued by the Colombian cartel, who seeks the organ. As the tension rises, Hank discovers the liver is intended for a young girl named Ellie, leading to a high-stakes journey to save her life.

In Brisbane, Australia, former Army Special Forces operative Hank Malone works as a 'runner,' transporting various items for clients. After a job goes wrong, Hank is tasked by his boss, Iggy, to transport a package from an airport. There, he meets Ben Bishop. Against Iggy's instructions, Hank takes Ben and the package—a transplant liver—to a hospital. They soon realize they are being pursued by the Colombian cartel, who seeks the organ. During the journey, Hank learns the liver is for a young girl named Ellie. After a series of vehicular chases and an ambush at his ex-wife Monica's house, Ben is kidnapped by cartel leader Damian Zaldívar. Hank rescues Ben, but Ben is later shot and dies. At the hospital, it is revealed that Ellie's nurse, Julie, is an insider for the cartel. Damian arrives, kills Julie, and takes the cooler. Hank engages in a final fight with Damian, killing him and saving Ellie. After her successful surgery, Hank takes a vacation to Paris to honor his late daughter, Isabel.
