Safari - Match Me If You Can (2018)

Safari is the name of a dating app. Anyone looking for a one-night stand turns to it, and that is how the paths of several city dwellers cross. For example, the married pilot Harry ends up in bed with Lara, a YouTube star and influencer who presents herself online as a woman saving her first time for the right man. Harry’s wife Aurelie, a psychotherapist, has no idea about the affair. She gives her client David, a shy young man, advice on how he could lose his virginity. Mona, 50, has been single for a long time and longs for a partner; she eventually helps David have his first sexual experience. Later, she meets Life, a single father, through the Safari app, but he is overwhelmed by what she wants. Fanny, a committed vegetarian, wants a family of her own and meets the charming, handsome Arif. But when she tells him she wants children, he makes himself scarce, so her next match leads her to pilot Harry, who invites Fanny to his home. But it is not Harry who opens the door; it is his wife Aurelie, who has since figured out what he has been up to. Aurelie confronts Fanny. At that moment, Aurelie’s client David also turns up to speak with her.
