A radio-station panel debates the Youth Protection Act alongside seven episodes about young people’s sexual behavior.
The story
A housewife, youth psychologist, senior school principal and police detective discuss the Youth Protection Act in a radio-station studio, weighing whether it is adequate, too liberal or needs improvement. Their debate is paired with seven erotic episodes presenting “well-known cases” of young people’s sexual behavior. Regine accuses her private tutor of abuse, while Gila and Gabi hope to lose their virginity and arrange to meet two boys who are equally inexperienced. Other episode setups involve a student seeking tutoring and friends arranging a first sexual experience.
Full plot (contains spoilers)
In the studio of a radio station, a housewife, a youth psychologist, a senior school principal, and a police detective discuss the Youth Protection Act. The panel debates whether the law is adequate, too liberal, or in need of improvement. In seven erotic episodes, the film shows viewers, in (almost) every detail, some “well-known cases” of young people’s sexually permissive behavior: Regine accuses her private tutor of having abused her. Gila and Gabi want to lose their virginity and arrange to meet two boys who are just as inexperienced. But the boys want the girls to teach them, and the date ends unsatisfactorily. Martina, a poor student, asks a classmate for tutoring. He makes her pay in sex and drives the desperate Martina to suicide. Michaela is raped by rockers, forced into prostitution, and handed over to the residents of a migrant workers’ hostel. Heidi’s friends lock her in a room with Achim so that she will finally lose her virginity. The sex, initially only pretended, eventually becomes real.
