Full plot (contains spoilers)
Jay and Annie Hargrove, a married couple struggling with a lack of intimacy after having children, decide to film a sex tape to spice up their relationship. Due to a technical glitch, the video is inadvertently synchronized to several iPads Jay had given away. The couple begins a frantic search to recover the devices, leading to awkward encounters, including a scene where Annie tries cocaine and Jay battles a German shepherd at a potential boss's house. After recovering most tablets, they are confronted by a friend's son, Howard, who demands $25,000 to keep the tape secret. They break into the YouPorn headquarters to destroy the servers but are caught. The owner eventually agrees to delete the video for $15,000. Finally, Howard gives Jay the last copy on a USB drive in exchange for hanging out with their son. The couple watches the video one last time before destroying the USB drive in multiple ways.
