A nameless swordsman pursues supremacy, but an unexpected attachment threatens the ruthless edge of his ambition.
The story
A young swordsman with no name, family, master, or sect challenges fighters across the martial-arts world, determined to become the greatest under heaven. His quest brings him to Lu Tiangang, who already holds that title. Rather than simply meet the challenge, Lu recognizes the young man’s talent and secretly trains him. Later, the swordsman’s life takes an unexpected turn when he steals He Lian from another man. The new attachment complicates his pursuit of mastery and costs his swordsmanship its formerly merciless power.
