Sieben Frauen (1989)

Hans Hummel inherits the house of his late father. When he moves in, he discovers a letter from his father saying that a fortune of millions awaits him, but that he must complete a number of tasks to claim it. To this end, Hans finds a preprogrammed computer on which his father has left text and audio files. Five women who are eager to marry also pamper Hans. His father’s former business partners come to visit, and Hans is once attacked by burglars, who are driven off by the women, all of whom know karate. Hans initially befriends Ati, who warns him about Johanna, saying that he would fall in love with her immediately. During a late-night meeting, Hans succumbs to Johanna’s charm, but his father advises him in a recorded voice message to trust her. Hans courts Johanna, who then advises him to give away the fortune, since wealth often does not promise happiness. Hans follows her advice, and there is a happy ending.
