At a Norwegian guesthouse, five strangers find their summer stay drawing them into one another’s lives.
The story
Five people who do not know one another spend the summer at a Norwegian holiday guesthouse. Their stay gradually brings them into situations that draw them closer, though their reactions differ: some keep their distance while others become more open. As the guests interact, life at the guesthouse begins to take on the character of a game, unlike the separate everyday lives they lead in different parts of the world.
Full plot (contains spoilers)
The film is about five different people who spend the summer at a Norwegian holiday guesthouse. They do not know one another, but gradually find themselves in situations that bring them closer together. Some distance themselves from the others, while some open up to them. Life at the guesthouse develops into a game, quite unlike the lives they lead day to day in their separate corners of the world.
