Full plot (contains spoilers)
The story takes place in Copenhagen’s hustler-boy milieu. We follow Nick, who has run away from home and lives with a group of boys who make their living through prostitution. They hang out in Vesterbro, around Copenhagen Central Station. Nick moves in with Ralf (Stig Hoffmeyer), a university lecturer in astronomy, a subject that also interests Nick. Ralf provides Nick with food and lodging for a while, but suddenly throws him out when Ralf’s wife returns from a trip. After briefly going home to his mother, Nick moves in with René (Benedicte W. Madsen), the group’s only girl, who pretends to be a hustler boy. Ralf returns after his wife has left him. He becomes jealous of René and attacks her. Nick seeks him out with the group, and the film ends with Ralf being killed when Nick throws a stone at him and hits him in the head, knocking him unconscious and causing him to fall over a stair railing.
