Full plot (contains spoilers)
The documentary explores the world of alternative influencers, conspiracy ideologies, and radical esotericism. At its center is raw-vegan influencer David Ekwe Ebobisse, who presents himself as a Reichsbürger under the pseudonym “Mister Raw.” Alongside a raw vegan restaurant, he runs a web channel where he promotes dubious health advice and alleged cures. The film portrays other figures from the worlds of esotericism, faith healing, and the Reichsbürger scene, including Swiss spiritual healer Oliver Brecht and Peter Fitzek, who calls himself the “king” of the so-called “Kingdom of Germany.” Through observational camerawork, the film shows how these parallel worlds operate beyond societal norms and what dangers they pose. Special attention is given to David’s close follower Timo M., whose total devotion to the guru has dramatic consequences for his health.
