A princess must embark on a quest to break a curse that transformed her parents into monsters and divided her kingdom.

The story

In the magical kingdom of Lumbria, Princess Ellian faces a crisis after her parents, King Solon and Queen Ellsmere, are transformed into feral monsters following a journey into the Dark Forest of Eternal Darkness. While royal advisors attempt to hide the monsters from the public, they suggest Ellian take the throne as she nears her 15th birthday. Desperate to restore her parents, Ellian seeks out two deities, the Oracles of the Sun and Moon. However, the monsters scare them away, leaving behind a magical device called 'The Fob.' When the monsters escape their cages and wreak havoc, Ellian must use the Fob's magic to escape the kingdom and find the Oracles.

Full plot (contains spoilers)

In the magical kingdom of Lumbria, Princess Ellian's parents, King Solon and Queen Ellsmere, were transformed into feral monsters a year ago after entering the Dark Forest of Eternal Darkness. While advisors suggest Ellian become Queen on her 15th birthday, she seeks help from the Oracles of the Sun and Moon, Sunny and Luno. The monsters scare the Oracles away but leave behind 'The Fob,' a magical device. When the monsters escape and cause chaos, Ellian uses the Fob to flee the kingdom with them. During their journey, they encounter a dark magic vortex attracted by Ellian's distress. The King and Queen regain speech but lose their memories. After Ellian saves a gryphon baby from quicksand, the parents regain their humanity and recognize her. At the Lake of Light, they discover their constant arguing caused the transformation and decide to separate. A dark vortex engulfs an upset Ellian, but her parents use the lake's light to save her from turning into a monster. They convince the subjects they are not beasts, and the spell is lifted, returning everyone to normal. One year later, the divorced parents rule from separate castles but raise Ellian together in harmony, celebrating her 16th birthday.
