The story

While he manages his secret identity and personal struggles, his superpowers begin to evolve unexpectedly. The situation intensifies when he faces a new telepathic threat. As he navigates his growing abilities and the complexities of his solo life, he must confront a mysterious force that threatens both his safety and the safety of those he cares about, all while trying to maintain his resolve as a hero in a world that no longer knows his name.

Full plot (contains spoilers)

After a spell by Dr. Strange makes the world forget Peter Parker, he spends four years as a solo hero in New York. He faces various criminals and eventually encounters a telepathic threat. When his powers evolve—granting him heightened senses and organic webbing—he struggles to control them. He teams up with Bruce Banner to create an inhibitor and eventually confronts the telepath, identified as the teenager Jean Grey. Jean is searching for her sister, Sara, who was taken by the Department of Damage Control (DODC). During a confrontation at a DODC facility, Jean's powers cause a massive psionic field. Peter eventually embraces his new abilities to stop her from harming others. After a final confrontation where he is injured by Frank Castle's gunfire, the truth about the DODC's actions is revealed. The film ends with Peter and his friend Ned finally sharing a moment of connection, despite the world's continued ignorance of Peter's identity.
