Full plot (contains spoilers)
Carmen and Juni Cortez, agents of the OSS' Spy Kids Division, find themselves in a rivalry with Gary and Gerti Giggles. After a mission at Dinky Winks's theme park, Donnagon Giggles hacks the President's teleprompter and is named OSS director. When the 'Magna Men' steal the Transmooker—a device that shuts off electronics—Gary blames Juni, leading to his firing. Carmen reinstates Juni and sends them to a mysterious island where electronics fail. There, they meet Romero, a scientist who accidentally created giant hybrid animals and built a prototype Transmooker to hide his island. While Gary and Gerti are stranded in the Gobi Desert, Carmen and Juni navigate the island's creatures. Carmen is captured by a flying pig, while Juni befriends a spider-monkey. They eventually find the real Transmooker, eliminating the island's cloaking. Donnagon confronts them, but the device malfunctions after Gerti sabotages it. The President fires Donnagon, and Gregorio is appointed OSS director. Juni resigns from the OSS due to its impersonal treatment. The film ends with a concert hosted by Machete Cortez and a final scene where Dinky Winks nearly loses his hand to a slizard.
