Two train stewardesses must work together to stop a runaway train from crashing into a nuclear site during a massive storm.
The story
After their train line is discontinued, friends and stewardesses Tess and DeeDee sneak onto the high-class Glamazonian Express disguised as staff. While they navigate the luxury of the train and deal with rival stewardesses, a crisis emerges at the United States Train Command Center. Employee Donna Dusk discovers the train is heading toward a massive storm called 'Stormaganza.' As the train loses its brakes and heads toward a nuclear site, the situation becomes dire. Amidst the chaos, the conductor is incapacitated, leaving DeeDee and a co-conductor to try and get the train back on track while dealing with their growing attraction to one another.
Full plot (contains spoilers)
Tess and DeeDee, two stewardesses from the defunct Stank Rail, sneak onto the Glamazonian Express. While Tess begins to outshine the existing staff, DeeDee faces a rift in their friendship. Simultaneously, the train loses its brakes during 'Stormaganza' and heads toward a nuclear site. The conductor is incapacitated by a scorpion bite, leaving DeeDee and Cal to manage the train. They are forced into a haunted tunnel, while President Judy Gagwell deals with personal trauma related to her past in the military. After a series of complications—including Cal being swept into a ravine and the truth of the girls' past being exposed—Donna Dusk and President Gagwell team up to save the train. Ultimately, the girls reconcile and work with the President to stop the train before it reaches a Make-A-Wish field trip. The film ends with the girls and Donna being hailed as heroes, Cal being rescued, and the President returning to office.
