The story
Ten years after a brutal gang rape left her sister catatonic, artist Jennifer Spencer begins a systematic revenge campaign by killing her attackers one by one. In San Francisco, Inspector Harry Callahan, a detective known for his aggressive and unconventional methods, is tasked with hunting the serial killer. After a series of violent incidents and a forced vacation, Callahan is sent to San Paulo, where he eventually crosses paths with Spencer. The two find themselves navigating a dangerous web of crime, seeking justice through methods that push the boundaries of the law.

In 1973, Jennifer Spencer and her sister Beth are gang raped, leaving Beth catatonic. A decade later, Jennifer begins killing the rapists in San Francisco before fleeing to San Paulo. Meanwhile, Inspector Harry Callahan is sent to San Paulo on a forced vacation after his brutal methods cause friction with his superiors. In San Paulo, Callahan encounters Jennifer and learns of her quest for justice. They discover that the rapists are being targeted by Jennifer, who is also being pursued by the remaining gang members. Callahan's partner, Horace, is murdered by the gang, and Callahan is thrown off a pier. Jennifer eventually discovers that one of the rapists, Alby, is also catatonic due to a guilty conscience. The gang captures Jennifer and intends to rape her again on a boardwalk. Callahan returns from the dead to intervene, engaging in a final confrontation where he kills the gang leader, Mick, who falls from a roller coaster and is impaled on a carousel unicorn. The film ends with Callahan and Jennifer leaving the scene together as ballistics confirm the crimes.
