The story
Following the resurrection of the malevolent Art the Clown, a teenage girl named Sienna Shaw finds herself caught in his path on Halloween night. Sienna, who is preparing for a costume designed by her late father, discovers she possesses a mystical sword and a destiny to stop the clown. As Art begins his brutal rampage, Sienna must navigate a series of escalating encounters to protect her family and community. The film builds tension as the two primary forces—the relentless, supernatural entity and the determined, warrior-clad heroine—move toward an inevitable confrontation.
Full plot (contains spoilers)
After resurrecting in a morgue and murdering a coroner, Art the Clown encounters the Little Pale Girl. One year later, Sienna Shaw prepares for Halloween in a Valkyrie costume. Her brother, Jonathan, becomes obsessed with Art after finding sketches in their father's book. Sienna has a prophetic dream of Art's violence. During the day, Art terrorizes a costume shop and a neighbor's home. After a series of attacks, Art kidnaps Jonathan and steals Sienna's sword. At a party, Sienna's friend is attacked by Art. Sienna eventually faces Art in a haunted house. After a brutal fight, Art stabs Sienna and throws her into a portal to Hell. There, she is resurrected by her sword and decapitates Art while he is attacking Jonathan. In a post-credits scene, Victoria Heyes gives birth to Art's living head in a mental institution.
