After being beheaded by Sienna Shaw, Art the Clown's body reanimates and eventually finds Victoria Heyes, who is possessed by the Little Pale Girl. After a period of hibernation, Art and Victoria emerge to terrorize the local area. Five years later, Sienna is released from a mental health center and moves in with her family. She suffers from PTSD and hallucinations of those Art killed. Art and Victoria begin a spree of violence, including a massacre at a mall where Art poses as a Santa.
