The story
In a dystopian 2050, fighter pilot Adam Reed steals a time jet to escape to 2018 to save his wife, Laura, from assassination. During his escape, he is injured and crash-lands in 2022, where he encounters his 12-year-old self. The young Adam has been struggling with the loss of his father and is distant from his mother. The two versions of Adam must navigate their shared history and work together to find Laura and stop a powerful leader from their timeline who has monopolized the discovery of time travel.

In a dystopian 2050, fighter pilot Adam Reed travels back in time to save his wife, Laura, but crashes in 2022 and meets his 12-year-old self. They team up to find Laura and stop Maya Sorian from monopolizing time travel. After Laura is sacrificed to help them escape, the two Adams travel to 2018 to seek help from Adam's father, Louis Reed. They eventually infiltrate Sorian Technologies to destroy the particle accelerator. During a confrontation, a shot intended for Louis hits the 2018 version of Sorian, erasing the 2050 version from existence. The two Adams return to their respective timelines, where the younger Adam finds peace and the older Adam eventually reunites with Laura.
