A lonely boy discovers his babysitter is part of a deadly satanic cult.
The story
Freshman high school student Cole is bullied by his neighbor Jeremy, but his babysitter Bee, who is one of his only two friends, stands up for him and scares Jeremy off. The following day, when his parents go out for an overnight stay at a hotel, Bee and Cole spend quality time together until he has to go to bed. Cole is encouraged by a text from his neighbor and other friend Melanie to go see what Bee gets up to after he goes to sleep. He witnesses her and several of her friends engaging in a game of truth or dare, which takes a dark turn when she reveals her true nature.
Full plot (contains spoilers)
After Cole witnesses Bee and her friends—members of a demonic cult—murder a boy during a game of truth or dare, he hides in his room. The cult members enter to take his blood, and a violent confrontation ensues as they face off against local police. Cole manages to fight back, eventually trapping and killing several cult members, including Sonya and Max. He escapes to Melanie's house, where he is pursued by Bee. He eventually returns to his home, where he finds the scene cleaned up. Bee reveals she made a deal with the Devil to get what she wanted by sacrificing others. Cole refuses to join her and burns her spell book. In a final confrontation, Cole crashes a car into the house, and they share a final moment before he leaves her to die in the wreckage. The film ends with a firefighter being attacked by Bee.
