The story
Two years after an incident in Paris, Jason Bourne and his girlfriend Marie Kreutz are living in exile in Goa. Bourne, who suffers from psychogenic amnesia, documents his past as a CIA assassin in a notebook. The peace is shattered when a conspiracy involving the CIA and the defunct Treadstone program begins to unfold. When a series of thefts and a frame job involving the Neski files occur in Berlin, Bourne finds himself hunted by both Russian forces and internal CIA elements. He must navigate a dangerous landscape of betrayal and hidden agendas to uncover the truth about his identity and the secrets of his past.

Two years after the incident in Paris, Jason Bourne and his girlfriend Marie Kreutz are living in exile in Goa. Bourne documents his life as a CIA assassin in a notebook. In Berlin, a CIA agent is caught in a deal for the Neski files, which are stolen by a Russian agent named Kirill who frames Bourne for the crime. Following the theft, CIA officials investigate the defunct Treadstone program. Bourne travels through various locations, including Naples and Munich, where he encounters other remnants of the program. He eventually reaches Berlin and confronts the CIA's investigation. After a series of confrontations and a tense standoff with a rogue official who admits to framing him, Bourne travels to Moscow to find Irena, the daughter of the Neskis. He eventually makes contact with a CIA official who reveals his true identity as David Webb before he disappears into New York City.
