The story
In the land of Narnia, nearly 1,300 years after the Pevensie siblings first visited, a Telmarine prince named Caspian is in grave danger from his uncle, King Miraz. When the four Pevensie siblings are suddenly transported from a train station in England back to Narnia, they find their old home in ruins. The siblings and the prince must join forces to navigate the dangers of the land and work together to reclaim the throne and liberate the Narnian people from their oppressors.
Full plot (contains spoilers)
After being transported back to Narnia, the Pevensie siblings find their castle, Cair Paravel, ruined. They join forces with Prince Caspian, who is fleeing his uncle, King Miraz. They meet a group of Narnians, including the badger Trufflehunter and the dwarfs Trumpkin and Nikabrik. The group travels to Aslan's How to prepare for a confrontation. A failed night raid on Miraz's castle leads to a desperate situation where a hag attempts to resurrect the White Witch. Peter challenges Miraz to a duel, and while the battle rages, Aslan awakens the forest to fight the Telmarines. The Narnians emerge victorious, and Caspian is crowned King. Before the Pevensies return to England, they learn they cannot return to Narnia, while Edmund and Lucy may still visit.
