The story

A DEA SWAT team, led by elite DEA agent James Baker (Michael Jai White), assaults a Mexican cartel's drug lab. As a result of PTSD-induced hallucinations, nightmares, and not being able to differentiate between reality and illusion, Baker is sent home to recover.
