The story
Dominic Toretto and Letty Ortiz are enjoying their honeymoon in Havana when a conflict involving a local racer leads Dom to win a high-stakes race. However, the peace is shattered when a mysterious cyberterrorist named Cipher coerces Dom into working for her, turning him against his loyal team. Simultaneously, DSS agent Luke Hobbs is assigned a dangerous mission to retrieve an EMP device from Berlin. To complete the mission, Hobbs must recruit Dom and his team, unaware that the group is being manipulated by Cipher's influence. The team must navigate a web of betrayal and high-stakes action to uncover the truth and stop Cipher's growing power.

While on their honeymoon in Havana, Dominic Toretto wins a race against a local loan shark, only to be coerced by the cyberterrorist Cipher, who holds his former lover and her child hostage. Cipher forces Dom to work against his team, who are simultaneously working with DSS agent Luke Hobbs to retrieve an EMP device from Berlin. During the operation, Dom steals the device for Cipher, leading to Hobbs' arrest. Intelligence operative Mr. Nobody orchestrates a prison escape to recruit the imprisoned Deckard Shaw and Owen Shaw to help the team track Dom and stop Cipher. The plot reveals Cipher's plan to use a nuclear submarine to trigger a nuclear war. The team eventually intercepts the submarine, while Deckard and Owen rescue Dom's son from Cipher's plane. Dom ultimately turns on Cipher, and the team successfully prevents the nuclear launch. The film ends with the team celebrating together while Deckard is accepted into the family.
