Full plot (contains spoilers)
Max, a foster child whose brother Luke died by suicide, works community service at a retirement home. After discovering strange incidents and a forbidden fourth floor filled with injured residents, he meets a woman named Gretchen who claims the home is a government facility for human experimentation. However, Max eventually learns the truth: the home is a cult. His foster parents are involved, providing foster children to have their eye fluid harvested for extended life. Max discovers that the fourth-floor residents are former staff members, including his brother Luke. The cult captures Max to harvest his youth. Luke, who has been harvesting fluid from others, feeds Max the fluid of the victims, giving Max the strength to kill the cult members, including Dr. Sabian and Gretchen. Max, Luke, and the drained victims eventually escape the home.
