A mentally challenged man becomes obsessed with a film and attempts to create his own human centipede using a group of victims.

The story

In a parking garage in East London, Martin Lomax, a mentally challenged man, becomes obsessed with the film 'The Human Centipede'. Living in a state of neglect with his abusive mother, Martin's obsession grows into a dangerous fixation. After acquiring a warehouse, he begins abducting various individuals to fulfill his twisted vision of creating a twelve-person human centipede. The narrative follows his escalating actions as he kidnaps a variety of people, including a couple, a man and his pregnant wife, and a woman from the first film, all to construct his grotesque creation.

Full plot (contains spoilers)

Martin Lomax, a mentally challenged man in East London, is obsessed with the film 'The Human Centipede'. He abducts several people—including a couple, a man and his pregnant wife, and a woman from the first film—to create a twelve-person centipede. He mutilates his victims, cutting their knees and knocking out their teeth, before using a staple gun and duct tape to join their lips to the buttocks of the person in front of them. He forces them to consume each other's waste via a laxative-induced chain reaction. The pregnant woman, Rachel, escapes and gives birth in a car. The centipede eventually splits into two halves when one victim frees his lips. In a fit of rage, Martin kills the remaining victims. The final victim, Ash1ynn Yennie, manages to strike him before being fatally stabbed by him. The film concludes with a violent confrontation and the destruction of the 'centipede'.
