Full plot (contains spoilers)
After being reassigned due to his erratic behavior, Frank Drebin Jr. investigates the death of Simon Davenport and discovers a connection to a mysterious 'P.L.O.T. Device' intended to revert humanity to a primitive state. He teams up with Beth, a crime novelist, and navigates a series of absurd situations, including a malfunctioning self-driving car and a romantic getaway involving a violent magical snowman. The conflict culminates at a mixed martial arts match where Frank must stop the villain, Richard Cane, from activating the device. During the climax, Frank accidentally exposes himself to the crowd while trying to stop the mechanism. Ultimately, Frank thwarts the plan, and the film ends with him and Beth at a tropical resort.
