The story
Following a violent encounter with three masked perpetrators, Maya Lucas finds herself recovering in a hospital in Venus County. While the local authorities attempt to minimize the incident to avoid federal scrutiny, Maya realizes the attackers have not given up on her. As night falls, she becomes trapped within the hospital grounds, forced to navigate a dangerous environment while being hunted by the same figures who previously stalked her. The struggle for survival begins as she attempts to find safety and escape their relentless pursuit.

In 2021, a man named Frank Quincanoh is killed by three masked figures known as Shelly (Pin-Up Girl), Scarecrow, and Dollface. In the present, Maya Lucas is recovering in a hospital after being attacked by these same perpetrators. The local police ignore her claims to avoid a federal investigation. During the night, the trio discovers she is alive and hunts her through the hospital and surrounding areas. Maya manages to evade Scarecrow in a morgue and survives an encounter with Pin-Up Girl at a horse farm. She eventually finds a group of people—Nurse Danica, Chris, Gregory, and Wayne—who take her in for the night. However, the perpetrators eventually find them and kill everyone except Maya. She manages to escape in an ambulance but is ambushed by Pin-Up Girl. After a violent struggle, Maya intentionally crashes the ambulance, killing Pin-Up Girl. The film ends with Maya watching from the woods as Scarecrow and Dollface mourn their fallen comrade.
