Full plot (contains spoilers)

Captain Karl Thomasson, a retired mercenary, accepts a mission from his old friend Teague to go undercover as a history teacher at a military academy. Teague suspects the school's student faculty and cadets are part of a neo-Nazi group called the Werewolf Unit. Karl teams up with Devlin, a martial arts teacher and former army comrade, and learns that Colonel J.C. Brack leads the unit. During his investigation, Karl befriends and falls for Dr. Jenny Chamberlain, who is unaware of the unit's true nature. After surviving an ambush by students, Karl and Devlin discover the Werewolf Unit has been disrupting minority-owned businesses to cause racial chaos. They learn the unit plans a terrorist attack to bomb a power plant serving minority-controlled housing. While Teague has second thoughts and loses a cadet during the operation, the bombs detonate as the unit evacuates. To silence Karl and his allies, Brack enlists a renegade North Korean operative named Lim to eliminate them. Meanwhile, Karl and Jenny's growing romantic relationship creates further friction with Brack.
