The story
Sweety, a tough Afro-Berliner with a petty-crime career, lands a lucrative job from Boss, and it seems her fortunes may finally be changing. But when the entire haul is stolen that same evening, the prospect of success becomes a nightmare. Boss gives her one week to repay her debts. Her last hope is Gino, an Italian, and his German buddy Ninja, two unsuccessful karate instructors. They propose a major score that could save Sweety while helping them cover the rising rent on their rundown karate hall—or perhaps buy it outright and escape pressure from two predatory property owners. As preparations begin in an unconventional way, the trio faces the most dangerous adventure of their lives.

When the tough Afro-Berliner Sweety gets a job from Boss to pull off a big, lucrative deal, it looks as though her petty-crime career is finally taking off. But that same evening, when she is robbed of the entire haul, Sweety’s visions of the future turn into nightmares. Boss gives Sweety just one week to pay back her debts. Her last hope is Gino, an Italian, and his German buddy Ninja. The two unsuccessful karate instructors offer Sweety the chance to pull off a big score together. It could not only save Sweety’s life, but also help Gino and Ninja pay the rising rent on their run-down karate hall—or even buy it and finally escape the pressure of two nasty property sharks. Preparations for the big heist get underway in an unconventional way. From that moment on, Sweety, Gino, and Ninja embark on the biggest and most dangerous adventure of their lives.
