A deranged family captures a feral woman and subjects her to a series of sadistic 'civilizing' measures.

The story

After the events of the previous film, an unidentified feral woman is the last remaining member of a cannibalistic tribe that has roamed the Northeast coast for decades. Chris Cleek, a mentally deranged and misogynistic country lawyer, spots her while hunting and captures her. He brings her home to his wife Belle and their children, intending to 'civilize' her. However, Chris and his son Brian are revealed to be evil and sadistic, possessing a sexual fetish for torture and humiliation. Chris begins a violent series of measures toward the woman to satisfy his fetish, leading to a harrowing domestic nightmare.

Full plot (contains spoilers)

Following the events of 'Offspring', a feral woman, the last of a cannibalistic tribe, is captured by Chris Cleek, a mentally deranged and misogynistic country lawyer. Chris restrains her in a cellar and forces his family to participate in 'civilizing' her. Chris and his son Brian, who share a sadistic fetish for torture, subject the woman to extreme abuse, including bathing her in boiling water and raping her. When Chris's wife, Belle, decides to leave with their daughters, Chris knocks her unconscious. When a teacher, Ms. Raton, visits the home, Chris knocks her out as well. Chris and Brian tie her up in a barn, where she is killed and consumed by 'Socket', a secret third daughter who behaves like a dog. Peggy releases the woman from the cellar. The woman then kills Belle and Brian (using a mower blade). Chris is overpowered by the woman, who tears out and consumes his heart. The woman then confirms Peggy is pregnant and leaves with Darlin' and Socket into the woods, while Peggy begins to follow them.
